I spoke to them on the phone and made an appointment to schedule an extraction, I gave them all my medical history and information of medications etc.. I drove 1 hour there to visit the office when I got there I was taken to a room where an assistant explained to me that they wouldn’t do my surgery. I didn’t even get to see a Dr just an assistant. I drove 1 hour there and 1 hour back to spend less than 15 minutes in their office to be told by an assistant sorry we can’t help you. 👎🏾 👎🏾

The staff was curt but professional. The thing I didn't like was the videos they had playing in the lobby. For someone with trauma from dental experiences it was really disturbing. Maybe think about switching that up to something more friendly and cheery AOS.

The service was excellent they explained the process and options that we had for my son. The whole team made us feel comfortable and they were very professional. They also took the time to check on us after the procedure.

If I could leave a zero star I would.... Had to call the police for misconduct and yelling from manager( Lucy ) as she ripped out my oxygen tube from my nose without consent! I had a complain about them contacting me the evening before for surgery for the very next morning. Not even giving me a 24 hour notice... They did not explain not eating or smoking before the surgery on that phone call, Just expected for me to know from our appointment made back in Nov/December of last year... Then Denied me the surgery after being hooked up to the oxygen, heart monitors and blood pressure cuff and would not take any responsibility for their lack of communication. When I brought that up to the manager she turned it around and blamed me saying I must not listen to instructions... Did not mention they were sorry or one word about there lack of communication but reached forward and grabbed the oxygen tube from my nose without consent! I sat up and said (don't touch me) and she continued to reach for my heart monitor wires. Lucy the manager had no consideration or care about her actions or me as a patient. Highly recommend. Environment and the staff were friendly. Can't wait to go back for my oral surgery. Update 02/24/2026 Oral surgery for EXT tooth #5 went excellent 👌. was nervous when i got there this morning, was called into the back, placed in an observation room #3, took vitals, BP, IV was installed and didn't even remember knocking out and procedure was literally 15 minutes. Dr and their assistant are super friendly and will answer any questions you may have. oh yeah, Free ice cream by the way 😋🙏😅.
